Can homeopathy be taken with food, drink, peppermint, caffeine, etc?
We have found that the “15 Minute Rule” is a sufficient window between taking homeopathy and consuming food or drink. Simply take your remedies 15 minutes before or after eating, drinking or brushing your teeth.
How long should I take a Sprayology product before seeing an improvement?
The response time varies for different people and for particular products. As an example, response can occur anytime within a few minutes in the case of our DigestivEase and up to several days for Woman Power. For most Sprayology products, customers report a noticeable response within a few days. In addition factor including diet, lifestyle and medical history can affect response time.
After my condition has improved, should I continue taking the Sprayology product?

Why are homeopathic ingredients listed in Latin?
Homeopathic ingredients are written in Latin because homeopaths require precision and accuracy in identifying and describing the source of the plant, mineral or animal species of a particular remedy. Are your remedies gluten-free and safe for individuals with sensitivities?

Is the alcohol in the liquid remedies safe for kids?
Yes. We follow the guidelines set by HPUS (The Homeopathic Pharmacopoeia of the United States) for preserving homeopathic preparations. The amount of alcohol in a dose is comparable to the amount of alcohol in a ripe banana. If you’re still concerned, you may spray the dose in a small amount (approx. 2 tbsp.) of warm, filtered water, and the alcohol will evaporate within 10 minutes. Alcohol is used in our products because it makes the sprays more effective, allows for quicker absorption into the body and keeps the products fresh. All Sprayology homeopathic products contain 9% organic alcohol made from non-GMO corn.
Do larger individuals need to take more than the standard dose?
No. Homeopathy is not dispensed according to weight or size in humans.
Can homeopathy be taken to prevent illness, such as the Flu ?
Current regulatory labeling constraints prohibit us from making “claims” that our products heal, treat or prevent illness. However, for years homeopathy has been used as a preventative. The National Center for Homeopathy offers the following information on their website: “Homeopathic treatment is ideal to optimize the body’s natural defenses against microbes. With the appropriate homeopathic treatment, people recover from infectious diseases, even the most serious ones, gently and rapidly. During past great epidemics such as diphtheria, scarlet fever, typhoid, cholera, yellow fever, malaria, etc., homeopathy decreased mortality by 10 to 30 times versus conventional medicine. During the infamous Spanish flu epidemic of 1918-19, it has been estimated that 25 to 50 million people died world wide. In the United States alone, 550,000 died, approximately 10% of the people afflicted with the flu. Homeopathic physicians documented then more than 62,000 patients treated with homeopathy resulting in a mortality of 0.7%. For people who were sick enough to be hospitalized, conventional medicine had a mortality of 30% while with 27,000 documented hospitalized cases, homeopathy was reporting a mortality of 1.05% (Journal of the American Institute of Homeopathy 1921; 13:1028-43).”
