We’ll ship your order anywhere within the USA using the fastest and most reliable method possible. By request, we can notify you via email with a tracking number so that you may contact the carrier direct. Be sure to give us a shout @ firstname.lastname@example.org if anything seems unusual with the progress of your shipment.
Typically, delivery takes between 1 and 6 business days, provided your items are in stock. Our preferred carriers are USPS and UPS with regular priority or ground service. Should you require faster service, contact us at 561-852-8081 for assistance BEFORE placing your online order. If there’s an unexpected delay, we’ll be sure to reach out to you via email to provide options.
Returns must be approved within 30 days of original purchase date. Your request for return can be done easily via our contact email. Include your original purchase date, product name and sku #, original payment method and reason for return. We’ll send you a return authorization number with approval. Once you receive the RA#, choose a secure shipment method to assure your products arrive to us in a timely and safe manner. You’ll receive an email notification once your return arrives. A credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days. Please note it may take an additional 48-72 hours for the refund to appear on your statement. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
To return your product you must obtain a Return Authorization number- by contacting customer service. We ask you include your assigned RA# on the return shipment label.

We cannot guarantee return receipt, and suggest when returning an item over $75, that you use a traceable shipping service. Please be advised, we must receive your return prior to processing your refund.
