As a courtesy to our guests and therapists, reservations must be cancelled 24 hours in advance or you will be charged for the full amount of the scheduled appointment. Spa packages consisting of three or more scheduled services require 48 hours cancellation notice. A credit card number is required upon booking.
All product purchases may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase for spa credit. Credit may be redeemed towards future product purchases or spa treatments. Sorry, no exceptions.
Rates do not include gratuity, which is both appropriate and appreciated. The standard is 18-20% and our preferred method of receiving is cash. Thank you for your consideration.
In keeping with our serene environment, kindly leave young children at home and silence your cell phone, to allow you and others a peaceful spa experience.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time so that we may take care of you for the full time that you have reserved. We hope that you enjoy your stay.
