What Should I Expect From My Visit?
Many people report Thai Massage being a relaxing, yet energizing experience. It’s like doing yoga without doing any of the work. It is performed on a padded floor and aromatic oils are infused to fill the air. Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move so that your therapist can easily manipulate your body. A session last anywhere from 1-2 hours.

Before going for a session, we advise that you eat a lighter meal as something heavy may leave you feeling bloated and cramped. Since Thai Massage is more intense than other forms, be sure to be in good health before scheduling a session. It should not be performed on healing bones, skin ailments or other health ailments.
