Spa Etiquette

We kindly ask for 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule any single appointment. Spa packages of three or more services require 48 hours' notice. Appointments cancelled within this window will be charged the full service amount. A credit card is required to hold all reservations.

A missed appointment without notice is charged at 100% of the scheduled service. We understand that life is unpredictable — please reach out as soon as possible if something comes up, and we will always do our best to work with you.

Please plan to arrive 10 to 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This allows time to settle in, complete any intake forms, and transition into a state of relaxation before your service begins. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment out of respect for guests who follow.

If you arrive after your scheduled start time, we will do our very best to accommodate you within the time remaining. Please know that your service may be abbreviated so as not to delay the next guest. The full service rate applies regardless of time used.

Service rates do not include gratuity. Tipping is a deeply appreciated gesture of gratitude for your provider's care and expertise — the standard is 18–20%, and cash is always preferred. Thank you for honoring the hands that care for you.

In honor of the sanctuary we've created together, please silence your cell phone upon arrival. Phone calls and voice messages are kindly reserved for outside the spa. We encourage you to disconnect — even briefly — and allow yourself to truly arrive.

To preserve the peaceful atmosphere for all of our guests, we ask that young children remain at home during your visit. We want every client to fully exhale — including you.

All retail product purchases may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase for spa credit, redeemable toward future products or treatments. We are unable to offer cash refunds on retail products. Thank you for your understanding.

Gift card purchases are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another recipient at any time. There is no expiration on the joy of a spa day.
